Ordering & delivery
How the process runs from first enquiry to the day we arrive.
How do I order a racing simulator?
Start with a consultation. Submit the form or message us on WhatsApp, and we will discuss your space, requirements and preferences before anything is ordered. Once you confirm, we begin procurement and schedule your installation.
Do I pay before or after installation?
Payment terms are agreed during your consultation and confirmed in writing before we begin procurement. We will explain exactly what is due and when, with no hidden charges added later.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We install across Dubai and the wider UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Areas outside Dubai are scheduled as a single-visit installation.
Can you deliver to an apartment on a high floor?
Yes. We handle service-lift bookings and building management requirements as part of the installation. Let us know your building's move-in rules during the consultation so we can schedule inside the permitted window.
Can I choose my installation date?
Yes. Once procurement is complete we agree a delivery and installation slot that suits you, including evenings and weekends where possible within our Saturday to Thursday operating hours.
What happens on installation day?
Our team delivers the equipment, assembles the cockpit, mounts the hardware, routes the cabling, configures the software, installs your games, calibrates everything and runs a full system test with you before leaving.
Can you deliver a racing simulator as a surprise gift?
Yes. Give us the room size and tell us if they already own a gaming PC and screen. We then deliver and install on a date you choose, while the recipient is out.
The equipment
What you are actually getting, and what it does.
What is a direct drive racing wheel?
In a direct drive wheel the steering rim mounts straight onto the motor shaft, with no belts or gears in between. That removes the mechanical slack that blurs force feedback, so you feel road texture, weight transfer and the moment a tyre loses grip with far more detail.
Is the MOZA R5 good for beginners?
Yes. Force feedback strength is adjustable in software, so you can start gentle and increase it as your technique develops. The advantage of beginning on direct drive is that you learn to read genuine signals rather than a muffled approximation.
Do I need a gaming PC?
Yes, a PC is required and is not included in the AED 6,640 package. If you do not already have one, we can specify and supply a suitable machine as part of a bespoke quotation during your consultation.
What screen should I use?
A single large monitor or television works well for most rooms and is the simplest place to start. Ultrawide and triple-screen configurations offer greater peripheral awareness. We advise on the right choice for your room during the consultation and fit the mount accordingly.
Can I upgrade the simulator later?
Yes. The cockpit and wheelbase are the foundation, and pedals, wheel rims, handbrakes, shifters and displays can all be added over time. We will tell you honestly which upgrades are worth making first.
How loud is it?
A direct drive wheelbase itself is quiet. The noise a household notices is usually pedal travel, shifter movement and audio volume. On a solid floor in a normal room it is comparable to a games console setup rather than anything structural.
Choosing your MOZA
R5, R9 or R12: which wheelbase fits how you drive.
What is the difference between the MOZA R5, R9 and R12?
Peak torque. The R5 gives 5.5 Nm, the R9 V3 gives 9 Nm and the R12 V2 gives 12 Nm. The R9 and R12 also have a 21-bit encoder for finer steering detail. More torque means more headroom and detail, not only a heavier wheel. The installation service is the same on all three.
Which MOZA bundle should I choose?
Choose the R5 for a first simulator or a family rig. Choose the R9 if you will race several times a week in GT or endurance cars. Choose the R12 if you want the most realistic feel or race formula cars. If you are unsure, we help you decide in the free consultation.
How much torque do I need on a sim racing wheel?
For most home drivers, 5 to 9 Nm is plenty. 5.5 Nm already gives clear, real force feedback. Torque above 9 Nm helps most with heavy cars, high-downforce cars and competitive racing, where extra headroom stops the wheel running out of force in fast corners.
Is the MOZA R9 worth it over the R5?
Yes, if you race often. For AED 2,710 more you get about 64% more peak torque and a 21-bit encoder, so the wheel feels more detailed at the limit. For casual weekend driving and Forza Horizon, the R5 is enough.
Is the MOZA R12 too strong for a beginner?
No. Force feedback strength is set in MOZA Pit House software, and we calibrate it for you at installation. A beginner can drive the R12 at a gentle setting and turn it up as their skill grows.
Do MOZA wheelbases work with PS5 or Xbox?
The R5, R9 V3 and R12 V2 bundles we install are for a Windows gaming PC. They do not work with PlayStation. The R5 can work with Xbox only with MOZA's separate ESX wheel, so we set every bundle up for PC.
Which games work best with a MOZA wheel?
Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, iRacing, Forza Horizon 6, BeamNG.drive and F1 all support MOZA wheels on PC. We buy and install Forza Horizon 6, Assetto Corsa and BeamNG.drive for you, with force feedback already tuned.
Is a racing simulator worth the money?
For people who drive often, yes. Karting costs money every session. A simulator is a one-off cost, and each extra hour costs almost nothing beyond electricity. It is also ready at home whenever you want to drive.
Space & installation
Whether it fits, and what your room needs.
How much space does a racing simulator need?
As a general guide, allow roughly 1.5 metres of length and 1 metre of width for the rig itself, plus room to get in and out and space between you and the screen. We confirm exact requirements against your room during the consultation.
Can it go in an apartment?
Yes. Many of our installations are in apartments. The constraint is usually screen distance rather than floor area, and a single-screen configuration on a compact cockpit works in most second bedrooms and studies.
Does it need special power or wiring?
No special electrical work is required. A standard socket is sufficient. We route and secure the cabling during installation so nothing is left loose or exposed.
Will it damage my floor?
No. The cockpit distributes load across its frame and we position it carefully on your flooring. If you have a delicate surface, tell us during the consultation and we will plan the placement accordingly.
Can the simulator be moved after installation?
It can be repositioned within a room, though a rigid cockpit is heavy by design and is not intended to be folded away daily. If you need something that can be stored between sessions, mention it during the consultation and we will specify accordingly.
Warranty & support
What happens after we hand you the wheel.
What does the 60-day warranty cover?
It covers hardware that becomes faulty on its own, components that stop working with no external cause, and genuine manufacturing defects in the equipment we supply. If a unit fails through no fault of your own within 60 days of installation, we repair or replace it.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Liquid spills and water damage, physical or accidental damage and drops, and misuse, tampering or unauthorised modification are not covered.
What does the 30 days of technical support include?
Help with calibration, force feedback profiles, software and game configuration, and any setup questions that come up in the first month of ownership. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
What happens after the support period ends?
We remain a local Dubai team and stay reachable. Support beyond the included period is quoted case by case, and we will always tell you first if something is a simple fix you can do yourself.
Do you service simulators you did not install?
Get in touch and describe the setup. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we can help with before committing you to anything.
How do I look after a racing simulator in UAE heat and dust?
Keep it in an air-conditioned room, out of direct sun. Keep it away from open windows and balcony doors, wipe it with a dry or barely damp microfibre cloth (never spray liquid on it), and check the cockpit bolts once a month.
Pricing
What it costs and what changes the number.
How much does the racing simulator cost?
The MOZA R5 bundle is AED 6,640, reduced from AED 8,499 as a limited offer. The MOZA R9 bundle is AED 9,350 and the MOZA R12 bundle is AED 9,940. Every price includes the equipment, delivery, full installation, configuration, calibration, testing and three installed games.
Are there any additional costs?
Not for the standard package. A gaming PC, television or monitor, peripherals, audio and room furniture are not included and are the areas where customers most often add budget. We quote any of those separately and transparently.
Do you offer a bespoke or higher-specification build?
Yes. We can specify triple screens, a supplied gaming PC, upgraded pedals, motion or a fully designed racing room. Request a bespoke quotation during your consultation.
Is the offer price going to change?
The reduced price is a limited offer. If you have had a consultation, we hold the pricing quoted to you for the period stated in your quotation.
