Our service

Desert Drift Kings supplies and installs turnkey racing simulators in Dubai and the UAE. The standard MOZA R5 package is priced at AED 6,640 and includes the equipment, delivery, installation, configuration, calibration, testing and the games described on this site, which we buy for you. A gaming PC, television or monitor, peripherals and furniture are not included unless agreed in a bespoke quotation. The MOZA R9 and R12 bundles are priced by written quotation.

Consultations and quotations

A consultation carries no obligation. Quotations, including any bespoke pricing, are confirmed in writing. Offer pricing is held for the period stated in your quotation.

Orders and delivery

• Orders are confirmed once payment terms are agreed in writing.
• Procurement and assembly typically take 10–14 business days from a confirmed order.
• Delivery and installation are scheduled with you. You arrange any building access, permits or lift bookings we identify; we tell you exactly what to request and plan around it.

Warranty

Every installation includes a 60-day warranty against genuine faults and 30 days of technical support. Liquid or water damage, physical or accidental damage, and misuse or unauthorised modification are not covered. Full details are on our warranty page.

Liability

We take care in every installation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
