Racing Simulator Installation in Abu Dhabi
Racing simulator installation across Abu Dhabi, from Saadiyat villas to Al Reem towers and Yas Island, delivered in a single scheduled visit.
Abu Dhabi is part of our regular service area, not an occasional exception, and we schedule installations across the emirate as a single planned visit from our Dubai-based team. Whether you are on Saadiyat Island, in a tower on Al Reem, a villa in Khalifa City or a home on Yas Island, the process and the AED 6,640 turnkey price are the same as anywhere else we install.
One visit, planned properly
The main difference between a Dubai installation and an Abu Dhabi one is not the work itself, it is the scheduling. Because a trip to Abu Dhabi is a dedicated visit rather than one of several jobs fitted into a local day, we ask for a little more notice when you book — enough to plan the trip properly and make sure the team arrives with everything needed to complete the installation in full on the day, including assembly, mounting, software configuration, calibration and complete system testing before we leave.
Nothing about the finished result differs by emirate. You get the same MOZA R5 Direct Drive base, wheel, pedal set, manual shifter, premium racing cockpit, monitor or TV mount, professional delivery, full installation, Steam setup assistance and the same three installed games — Forza Horizon 6, Assetto Corsa and BeamNG.drive — regardless of whether your address is in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Villa communities and island towers
Abu Dhabi's residential geography splits fairly cleanly into villa communities and island apartment towers, and each follows the logistics you would expect from the equivalent property type in Dubai. Khalifa City is largely low-rise villas with straightforward driveway delivery, similar to a family villa community closer to Dubai. Saadiyat Island mixes beachfront villas with apartment buildings, and Al Reem Island is almost entirely high-rise towers, where we confirm lift access and building delivery notice ahead of the visit the same way we would for any tower installation.
Yas Island covers a mix of both villa clusters and apartment buildings, and is also home to Yas Marina Circuit, which gives the area a genuine motorsport identity that residents are often already engaged with in one form or another. That said, we install across every community in Abu Dhabi, not specifically because of any single landmark, and the process is identical regardless of which part of the emirate you are in.
What to expect from an inter-emirate booking
Booking an installation in Abu Dhabi works the same way as booking one in Dubai, with one practical difference: give us your community and building details a little earlier than you might for a local address, so we can plan the trip and confirm any building-specific access requirements — freight lift bookings on Al Reem, gate procedures in a villa community, or standard delivery notice — before the day itself. Once that is confirmed, the installation follows the same standard: delivery, full assembly, cabling, calibration, complete testing and Steam setup, finished in a single visit.
What's included
The turnkey AED 6,640 package — reduced from AED 8,499 — includes the MOZA R5 Direct Drive wheelbase, steering wheel, full pedal set, manual shifter, premium racing cockpit, monitor or TV mount, professional delivery, complete assembly and installation, software configuration and calibration, full system testing, Steam setup assistance and three installed games. It does not include a gaming PC, screen, keyboard and mouse, speakers or furniture, all available via a bespoke quotation if you want a fuller setup built around what you already have. Full pricing detail is at our pricing page, and the hardware specification is covered at the MOZA R5 platform page.
Warranty and support, wherever you are
Every installation, regardless of emirate, comes with a 60-day hardware warranty and 30 days of technical support, detailed fully at our warranty page. If something needs attention after installation, the same support process applies whether you are in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

Choosing the room across different Abu Dhabi property types
Room selection follows the same logic in Abu Dhabi as it does anywhere else we install, but the emirate's mix of property types means the answer varies more by community than by any single rule. In a Khalifa City villa, a garage or spare bedroom is usually the easiest conversion, with no lift or building coordination to plan around. On Saadiyat, a media room or study in a beachfront villa often already has the lighting and screen setup a racing cockpit benefits from. On Al Reem or Yas Island, apartment layouts tend to favour a second bedroom or a study nook, the same as a comparable tower in Dubai Marina or Downtown Dubai. Whatever the property type, the cockpit needs roughly 1.8 by 1.5 metres of clear floor space plus enough room to sit down and reach the pedals comfortably, and our team will confirm this against your specific room before the visit is scheduled.
Coordinating around a longer distance
An inter-emirate visit means our team is committing a full day to your installation rather than working between several local jobs, and that changes how we recommend you approach the booking. Confirm your preferred dates a little earlier than you might for a Dubai address, have your building or community access details ready in advance, and let us know if anyone needs to be present at a security desk or reception to grant entry. None of this makes an Abu Dhabi installation more complicated for you as the client — it simply means the planning happens a few days earlier so the visit itself runs exactly as smoothly as it would closer to home.

Questions
Abu Dhabi questions.
Do you install in Abu Dhabi even though your team is based in Dubai?
Yes. We serve Abu Dhabi as part of our regular installation area and schedule inter-emirate visits as a single planned trip, with the same turnkey process, calibration and testing you would get in Dubai.
Is there an extra charge for delivery outside Dubai?
The AED 6,640 turnkey price is the same regardless of which emirate you're in. Confirm your specific location at booking and we will schedule accordingly.
How far in advance should Abu Dhabi bookings be made compared to Dubai?
We recommend booking a little further ahead for Abu Dhabi than for a Dubai address, simply because inter-emirate visits are scheduled as dedicated trips rather than fitted between local jobs. A few extra days' notice helps us find the best slot.
Does Al Reem Island apartment delivery work the same as a Dubai tower?
Yes. Al Reem Island towers follow the same pattern as high-rise buildings in Dubai — we confirm lift access and any building delivery rules with you ahead of the visit, the same process regardless of emirate.
Is Yas Island a popular area for racing simulator installations because of Yas Marina Circuit?
We do see genuine interest in sim racing from residents near Yas Marina Circuit, given the area's motorsport identity, though we install across all of Abu Dhabi's residential communities, not only Yas Island.
Can the whole installation, including calibration, be completed in one visit from Dubai?
Yes. Delivery, assembly, mounting, software calibration, full testing and Steam setup are all completed in a single scheduled visit, the same standard as any installation closer to our base in Dubai.
