Racing Simulator Installation on Palm Jumeirah

Discreet racing simulator installation across Palm Jumeirah's frond villas, Shoreline apartments and sea-view penthouses, media-room ready.

Palm Jumeirah is not one property type but several — frond villas with private beach access, Shoreline apartment blocks along the trunk, and penthouses with sea views stacked above them. Installing a MOZA R5 racing simulator here means adapting to whichever of the three you own, and treating the visit with the same discretion residents expect from any home service on the Palm.

Villas: the media room advantage

Most frond villas already have a room built for screen-based leisure — a home cinema, media room or a dedicated games room on the ground or first floor. These rooms are a natural fit for a racing cockpit. They usually have controlled lighting, existing seating you can supplement or swap out, and often a large screen or projector already in place. Where that is the case, we calibrate the cockpit to face your existing display rather than adding a second screen to the room.

If your villa does not have a dedicated media space, a spare bedroom or a corner of a ground-floor study works just as well. We measure the room before the visit where possible and confirm the cockpit's footprint — roughly 1.8 by 1.5 metres of clear space plus room to sit comfortably — against what you have available.

Penthouses and Shoreline apartments

Sea-view penthouses on the Palm are some of the most desirable addresses in the city, and the households living in them expect a delivery that does not disrupt the rest of the home. For penthouse and Shoreline apartment installations, we coordinate lift access and delivery timing with your building in advance, the same as any tower installation, but we pay particular attention to protecting floors, walls and existing furnishings during the carry-in — these are finished interiors, not empty units.

A penthouse lounge with a sea view is a striking place to race, but it is also glass-heavy and sun-exposed for much of the day. We will talk you through the best corner of the room to reduce glare on the screen and keep the cockpit out of direct sunlight, which matters for both comfort and the long-term condition of the upholstery.

Salt air, humidity and equipment care

Properties directly on the water face a specific challenge that inland villas do not: salt air and humidity. Left unmanaged, this affects metal fittings, cables and fabric over time. We do not install racing simulators on open balconies or in spaces with persistent direct sea-air exposure for this reason, and our installer will flag any placement that puts the equipment at unnecessary risk during the visit. Indoor, climate-controlled rooms are the standard recommendation across every property type on the Palm.

White-glove delivery

Discretion matters on the Palm, and we treat every visit accordingly. If you would prefer delivery through a side or service entrance, at a specific time window, or with minimal signage on our vehicles, tell us when you book and we will plan around it. The goal is a smooth, private installation that leaves you with a fully calibrated system and nothing else to think about.

What's included, and what to add

The AED 6,640 turnkey package includes the MOZA R5 Direct Drive base, wheel, pedal set, manual shifter, premium racing cockpit, monitor or TV mount, professional delivery, full assembly, software configuration and calibration, complete testing, Steam setup and three installed games — Forza Horizon 6, Assetto Corsa and BeamNG.drive. It does not include a gaming PC, screen, or audio equipment, though for a full home-cinema-grade racing room we can quote bespoke additions on request. See full pricing on our pricing page and the platform details on the MOZA R5 platform page.

If you are comparing a Palm villa installation against a Marina apartment, our Dubai Marina page covers how those logistics differ. For general guidance on what a home setup needs before you commit a room to it, read our racing simulator space requirements guide.

Consistency across three very different properties

A frond villa, a Shoreline apartment and a sea-view penthouse are three genuinely different installation jobs, yet the standard we hold ourselves to does not change between them. Every visit ends with the same steps regardless of property type: full assembly, careful mounting, cable routing that respects the finish of the room, software calibration tuned to your Direct Drive preferences, a complete system test, and Steam setup confirmed and working before we leave. The differences on the Palm are almost entirely about access, discretion and room planning — not about the quality of the finished installation itself, which stays consistent whether you are on a frond, along the Shoreline, or above it in a penthouse.

Questions

Palm Jumeirah questions.

Do you protect the equipment from sea air and humidity during installation?

Yes. We recommend indoor placement away from direct sea-facing glass or balcony doors that are left open regularly, since salt air and humidity can affect cables and upholstery over time. Our installer will advise on the best position in your specific unit or villa.

Can you deliver discreetly without going through a villa's main entrance?

We can coordinate delivery through a side entrance, garage or service access if you prefer, and our team dresses and operates in plain, unbranded vehicles on request. Mention this at booking and we will plan the visit around it.

How do you get equipment up to a Shoreline apartment penthouse floor?

Shoreline buildings on the fronds typically use a standard passenger or service lift depending on the block. We confirm access with you ahead of time and, where a building requires prior notice for large deliveries, we handle that coordination before the visit.

Is a frond villa's media room the best place for the cockpit?

A dedicated media room, home cinema or study is usually the best fit on a frond villa, since it already has controlled lighting and an existing screen or projector setup in many cases. We can also install in a converted bedroom if that suits the household better.

Will the setup work with an existing home cinema screen or projector?

The MOZA R5 package includes a monitor or TV mount, but if you already have a projector screen or large display in a media room, we can position and calibrate the cockpit to face it instead, keeping your existing screen in use.

How long does a full villa installation take on the day?

A typical Palm villa installation, including cockpit assembly, mounting, cabling, software calibration and full system testing, takes a single visit. Our team will confirm an estimated duration once they know your chosen room and any access considerations.
